Postgraduate Education Coordinator

The Department of Computer Science and Technology at the University of Cambridge is seeking a highly organized and communicative Postgraduate Education Administrator to join its Postgraduate Education Team.
As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the efficient running of the department's postgraduate courses, including PhD, CPGS, MPhil, and integrated Masters. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the annual recruitment cycle for the department's postgraduate courses, including coordination of course recruitment events and preparations for each new academic year.
- Liaising with teaching staff on all aspects of course organization, including planning, preparation, and collation of course information, editing and distributing course materials, and documentation submissions.
- Carrying out administration of assessment processes, providing information on results, and updating the Moodle site with relevant information.
- Acting as secretary to committees, arranging and attending meetings, taking minutes, and following up on implemented actions.
To be successful in this role, you will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to demonstrate knowledge of facts, principles, processes, and general concepts related to course administration. A level standard/NVQ level 3 or equivalent level of practical experience is required.
