The Quality Assurance team at ICE operates across the Institute's diverse course offerings to oversee and coordinate essential processes that ensure compliance with University standards and the mandates of regulatory bodies and inspection agencies.

Our primary activities are conducted at a historic venue that offers facilities for conferences and events, along with comprehensive hospitality services. This venue features multiple meeting spaces, comfortable accommodations, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Position Overview

In the Quality Assurance Office at ICE, the Quality Assurance Coordinator plays a vital role in managing and coordinating key administrative functions that uphold the Institute's adherence to University regulations and the expectations of regulatory authorities.

The individual in this position will report to the Head of Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement, while also overseeing the Quality Assurance Administrators to ensure the effective, consistent, and transparent execution of critical quality assurance policies and procedures, thereby enhancing the student experience and maintaining high academic standards.

You will provide leadership to two Quality Assurance Administrators, guiding them in their responsibilities and fostering opportunities for their professional growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a quality assurance or compliance role, preferably within the higher education sector.
  • The ability to design and implement best practice processes and procedures in higher education, utilizing a data-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks.
  • Proficiency in minute-taking and committee support.
  • Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders and various services to drive improvement initiatives.
