Position Overview

The Executive MBA (EMBA) Program stands as one of the most esteemed qualifications offered by Cambridge Judge Business School. Our participants are seasoned executives who engage in their studies in Cambridge on a monthly basis, expecting a superior level of service and quality.

Role Responsibilities

The Senior Programme Coordinator will play a pivotal role in managing and facilitating the execution of the EMBA teaching program. Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the efficient operation of the program while prioritizing the needs of students, faculty, and the institution.
  • Acting as the primary liaison with the University’s Education Division and Board of Examinations.
  • Contributing to strategic planning for the program.

This position also involves organizing significant events such as orientation week, international business study trips, and elective courses, all of which require exceptional coordination and organizational skills.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in an administrative capacity, particularly in program management within the higher education sector.
  • A solid understanding of university policies and procedures.
  • Strong teamwork abilities, coupled with excellent organizational and time management skills.
