Senior Practitioner/Social Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Practitioner/Social Worker to join our team at Non Stop Consulting. As a key member of our mental health and substance misuse service, you will play a vital role in providing tailored care plans and interventions to individuals in need.

About the Role

This is a stable, on-going contract with the opportunity for hybrid working, allowing you to manage your workload and visits within your convenience. You will be part of a collaborative team approach, working closely with a supportive management team and enjoying a competitive hourly rate of up to £35.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing tailored care plans and interventions to individuals with mental health issues and substance misuse
  • Ensuring individuals receive the support they need to progress on their recovery journey
  • Working autonomously and as part of a team to achieve service goals
  • Managing a manageable workload and prioritizing tasks effectively
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with individuals who have mental health issues and substance misuse
  • A sound understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • A valid Social Work qualification (DipSW, CQSW, CSS, BA in Social Work or equivalent)
  • Registration with Social Work England
