About the Role

Solent Mind is seeking a highly motivated and resilient Qualified Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our service, you will be responsible for delivering assessments and evidenced-based low-intensity CBT interventions for individuals with mild to moderate depression and/or anxiety disorders.

You will work closely with our team to provide one-to-one guided self-help via telephone and video, as well as face-to-face sessions, cCBT programs, webinars, workshops, and psycho-educational groups. Your strong communication skills, professional telephone manner, and excellent IT and organisational skills will be essential in providing high-quality support to our clients.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a Postgraduate or Degree Certificate in Psychological Therapies. You will also need to be highly motivated and resilient, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality services to our clients.
