About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Contact Centre Executive. As a key member of our service department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every customer feels valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound booking calls for service departments, providing outstanding customer service and maximizing profitability.
  • Carry out outbound service, MOT, vehicle maintenance, and other aftersales-related booking calls for divisional service departments.
  • Conduct follow-up calls for divisional marketing campaigns, as required.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, focusing on increasing customer retention.
  • Maintain the Central Dealer Management System (ADP Autoline) in accordance with Jardine Motors Group's database policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in using Microsoft Office products and working with databases is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry, particularly in regard to vehicle servicing and maintenance, is desirable.
  • Ability to comply with all company and manufacturer policies and procedures.
