POSITION SUMMARY

We are in search of a Full-Time Lead IT Support Specialist to operate effectively in a hybrid work model. This role necessitates the ability to respond promptly to client locations within a designated timeframe. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to resolve diverse technical challenges while engaging with high-level end-users. Regular video conferencing with both colleagues and clients will be integral to this position, promoting effective communication and teamwork. We seek individuals who can manage multiple tasks and swiftly adapt to client demands, employing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to uphold the highest standards of client satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver exceptional, executive-level technical support to our financial services clientele, both on-site and remotely.
  • Establish and nurture trust and rapport with clients.
  • Encourage the adoption of cutting-edge cloud technologies.
  • Oversee and support modern cloud infrastructures, including Microsoft Office 365, Azure, and Cisco Meraki.
  • Design, implement, document, and maintain client infrastructures, applications, and system management tools.
  • Assist in upholding clients' cybersecurity, cloud, and high availability strategies.
  • Translate intricate technical solutions for end-users and decision-makers.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of assets, configurations, passwords, and processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify optimal solutions for our clients.
  • Exhibit a willingness to assist fellow team members.
  • Commit to continuous learning and professional growth.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of 6 years of recent experience in end-user technical support, including support for executive-level users.
  • Proficient in macOS and Windows Desktop environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365.
  • Knowledge of network implementation and support, including switches, firewalls, and a solid understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and best practices, including next-generation antivirus, endpoint protection, DLP solutions, and disk encryption, SSO, and MFA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment and perform well under pressure.
  • Availability for on-site work as required.
  • Willingness to be on call once per quarter for one week.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of experience in the financial services sector.
COMPENSATION PACKAGE
  • Salary range: £50,000-£60,000 + Bonus + Benefits.
