**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fire and Security Coordinator to join our team at Mpro Recruitment Limited. As a Fire and Security Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and administering fire and security services, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule fire and security services, including booking services on our in-house computer software and managing engineer job reports.
- Liaise with contracted clients to ensure their security systems are functioning properly and address any concerns or issues.
- Manage and coordinate the engineers, ensuring they have the necessary equipment and resources to perform their duties.
- Process and manage daily engineer job reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Perform general administration tasks, including franking, sending reminder letters, and liaising with customers and colleagues via email.
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving License and full right to work in the UK.
- Experience in fire and security coordination and administration.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 Per Annum
