About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineering Lead to join our team at Onyx-Conseil. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing, implementing, and overseeing Transversal design policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transversal Design Policy Management: Develop and implement effective Transversal design policies to ensure seamless integration across the organization.
  • Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with System owners and Transversal Requirement owners to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • MBSE Transversal Policy Development: Contribute to the development of MBSE Transversal policies and processes for the SSNA programme, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Embed Learning from Experience and life lessons learned into the SSNA Programme, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Engineering Lifecycle Knowledge: Proven understanding of engineering lifecycle principles and practices.
  • Project Management Experience: Successful experience in leading large and complex projects, with a track record of delivering results.
  • MBSE Exposure: Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) principles and practices.
  • Relationship Building Skills: Excellent relationship building and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Autonomy and Initiative: Ability to work autonomously, with a high degree of initiative and a results-driven approach.
