Position Overview:
As a Senior Systems Engineering Lead, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Site, Facilities & Infrastructure projects. Your expertise will be essential in developing, deploying, and refining a comprehensive suite of processes, ensuring they align with recognized industry standards.


Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and continuously improve processes for effective Requirements Management, Verification, and Validation.
- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and standards, including ISO 15288 and the BSRIA Soft Landings Framework.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Project Managers and Engineering Managers, facilitating the implementation of processes.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of industry advancements in Systems Engineering and Soft Landings, applying these insights to enhance BAE Systems' practices.
- Manage the integration of multidisciplinary engineering teams and other stakeholders interfacing with the Asset Management System across various projects.


Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of Systems Engineering processes, particularly in large-scale infrastructure development.
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent engineering experience.
- Proficiency in design, engineering, maintenance, commissioning, and asset management processes.
- Familiarity with capability development and management techniques.
- Understanding of systematic training principles and Nuclear and Radiological engineering regulations.
- Membership in a relevant professional engineering organization (e.g., Chartered Engineer or Systems Engineering Professional).
