About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Fundraising and Performance Officer to join our team at Hestia Housing Support. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will play a crucial role in securing income and monitoring our performance to ensure we are achieving our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Grant Management: Research and identify new funding opportunities, and develop and submit grant applications to secure income for our services.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on our performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to our funders and stakeholders.
  • Donor Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with our funders, and provide excellent stewardship to ensure we are meeting their expectations.
  • Impact Assessment: Conduct regular impact assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of our services and identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Develop and submit high-quality reports to our funders, and provide regular updates on our progress.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in grant management, performance monitoring, and donor engagement.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with funders and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of fundraising principles and practices, with a focus on grant management and performance monitoring.
  • Education: A degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or non-profit management.
