  • Maintain and update the schedule of reporting/monitoring requirements;
  • Update project teams across Hestia and external partners on reporting timetables and requirements, and ensure they are reminded/supported to provide necessary information throughout the funding period;
  • Liaise with funders on reporting requirements as needed.
  • Carry out horizon-scanning and funder research to identify potential funders.
  • Support good funder stewardship through excellent grant administration: be the point of contact and communicate well with funders around all matters relating to grant submission, signing, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Develop relationships both internally and externally to Hestia to support fundraising and reporting.
  • Keep the Trusts team (including Head of Trusts & Statutory) up to date on activity.
  • Contribute to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of activity, including on the Donorfy CRM database.

Why Hestia?

  • Organised and diligent in all aspects of work, and able to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
  • Numerate and confident in compiling accurate project budgets and other financial information.
  • Resourceful and tenacious in carrying out funder research across multiple sources.
