CareTech Adults is seeking a Referral and Assessment Manager to become part of our Senior Management & Business Development Team. The Referral and Assessment Manager will concentrate on optimizing bed occupancy and cultivating a robust pipeline of referrals for all new services. This role will support the Business Development Manager and Operational leads in the marketing and sales of all vacancies within the supported living and residential services in the region. The aim is to enhance business potential and profitability while ensuring compliance with CQC standards and company protocols, as well as achieving the desired occupancy levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Business Development Manager and Operational colleagues in maximizing and monitoring sales and marketing efforts within the region.
  • Ensure timely follow-up on new sales inquiries and referrals.
  • Conduct client assessments promptly.
  • Collaborate with care managers, family members, and other external professionals to secure suitable placements for new clients, ensuring their individual needs are addressed.
  • Organize and accompany visits by care workers, families, and clients to care facilities in the region.
  • Coordinate with home managers to preview homes before visits, ensuring a positive representation of the organization.
  • Assist in the preparation of new business tenders, liaising with internal departments to gather necessary information.
  • Help develop and maintain an up-to-date marketing database.
  • Support the timely compilation of statistics, reports, and management information.
  • Assist Business Development and Operational colleagues in organizing promotional activities and events, including the launch of new services and facilities within the region.
  • Represent the Company at regional and national events to promote the organization, such as exhibitions, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Achieve divisional targets and establish KPIs.
