CareTech Adults is seeking a Referral and Assessment Manager to enhance our Senior Management & Business Development Team. The Referral and Assessment Manager will be instrumental in optimizing bed occupancy and cultivating a robust referral pipeline for our new services. This role involves collaborating with the Business Development Manager and operational leaders to market and sell available spaces within our supported living and residential services. The aim is to maximize business opportunities and profitability while ensuring compliance with CQC standards and achieving targeted occupancy levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Development Manager and operational teams in enhancing sales and marketing efforts within the designated region.
- Ensure prompt follow-up on new sales inquiries and referrals.
- Conduct timely client assessments.
- Engage with care managers, families, and external professionals to secure suitable placements for new clients, addressing their unique needs.
- Facilitate and accompany visits by care staff, families, and clients to care facilities in the area.
- Coordinate with home managers to prepare for visits, ensuring a positive representation of the organization.
- Assist in the preparation of new business proposals, collaborating with internal departments to gather necessary information.
- Help maintain an updated marketing database.
- Contribute to the timely preparation of statistics, reports, and management information.
- Assist in organizing promotional activities and events, including the launch of new services and facilities in the region.
- Represent the organization at regional and national events to promote our services, such as exhibitions and conferences.
- Achieve divisional targets and establish key performance indicators (KPIs).
