This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Early Careers Assessment Coordinator, where you will play a key role in delivering and coordinating assessment centres for our incoming student intakes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the design and delivery of assessment centres, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule assessment centres, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Deliver presentations about our firm to prospective trainee intake at assessment centres, showcasing our company culture and values.
  • Ensure delivery against diversity and inclusion targets, supporting initiatives to attract a diverse talent pool.
  • Manage and utilise robust selection and assessment tools, providing accurate reporting on success measures.
  • Provide assessment centre technology training to candidates, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to succeed.
  • Use recruitment technology to ensure full compliance and effective use by the team.
  • Interface with internal stakeholders to upskill capability for managing robust selection criteria, ensuring fair selection throughout.
  • Act as a champion for trainee experience, ensuring our firm delivers an exceptional experience for all candidates.
  • Build strong connections with the HR community to identify opportunities to improve service, gaining a deep understanding of business lines and future growth plans.
  • Be a brand ambassador, building a robust outreach strategy to connect and engage with talent, through schools and universities.
  • Coordinate the RSM brand ambassador programme with returning university placement students, working closely with the wider national early careers attraction strategy.
  • Deliver timely and constructive feedback to candidates post-assessment centre, offering and processing offer paperwork for successful candidates.
  • Ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence across the business.
  • Confidence in dealing with people at all levels, with discretion and awareness of the confidential nature of the work within the boundaries of employment law.
  • Proven team leadership skills, with the ability to engage, drive, and support the Talent Acquisition Executive Hire team to succeed.
  • Ability to respond well to pressure and deadlines, with effectiveness in fast-paced environments.
  • Driven and committed to the job, with a willingness to put in extra effort where necessary.
  • Professionalism is essential, as you will be representing the company to new starters.
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft packages is required.
