Early Careers Apprenticeship Coordinator

Marston Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and organized Early Careers Apprenticeship Coordinator to join our Talent and Reward Team. As a key member of our Early Careers Department, you will play a vital role in supporting our apprentices, graduates, internships, and work placements on their learning journey.
We are looking for individuals with a keen interest in developing their skills and knowledge within the early careers sector. If you have strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and can effectively promote Early Careers to both internal and external stakeholders, we want you to be a vital part of our team.
As an Early Careers Apprenticeship Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and processing Expression of Interests, arranging information, advice, and guidance meetings with internal and external stakeholders, and accurately recording early careers data from reports.
You will also be responsible for tracking learner progress, escalating areas of concern, and celebrating success. Additionally, you will prepare monthly reports, coordinate Early Careers Community groups, and actively support early careers recruitment for upskilling, new into business, and career progression.
