Primary Care Careers has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Support Professional to join their busy practice support team. This role is a key position within the practice, providing administrative support to members of the primary health care team.
Main Responsibilities
- Register new patients and maintain accurate records.
- Manage and process mail, including scanning hospital letters and other correspondence.
- Order and manage stock, including medical supplies and equipment.
- Process repeat prescriptions and manage patient medication records.
- Manage email and other digital communications, ensuring timely and effective responses.
- Provide holiday cover for reception and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage billing and invoicing, including processing payments and reconciliations.
- Process orders and payments for the practice, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
- Manage referrals and patient records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Process reports, patient letter requests, and other administrative tasks, using relevant software and systems.
- Provide administrative support to the practice team, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
