Hotel Reception Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to lead our reception team at the Holiday Inn Cambridge. As a Reception Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk, providing exceptional customer service, and guiding a team of receptionists to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage and supervise the daily operations of the hotel reception, ensuring high standards are met.
- Guest Service: Provide guidance and support to the reception team, ensuring they are trained and motivated to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences, including room reservations, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Problem-Solving: Handle guest complaints and inquiries, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor the occupancy levels and revenue of the hotel and adjust staffing levels accordingly.
- Financial Management: Ensure accurate billing and payment procedures are followed.
- Reputation Management: Monitor and manage the hotel's online reputation by responding to guest reviews and feedback.

- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel reception or front office role, with supervisory experience preferred.
