We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Account Manager to join our team at Certas Energy UK Ltd. This is a full-time role with a Monday to Friday schedule.

As a Customer Service & Account Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for both prospective and current clients, ensuring a superior experience at every interaction with Certas Energy.

Your role will involve cultivating and nurturing strong business relationships with our existing clientele, making sure that Certas Energy becomes a vital component of their operations. This position will not only engage with our fleet customers but also collaborate with our service partners.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Building partnerships with existing Certas Energy fleets, promoting additional services and enhancing utilization by identifying fleet needs and proactively addressing them.
  • Managing account inquiries in a courteous, professional, and timely manner, coordinating with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Conducting regular account assessments and in-depth reviews to comprehend customer requirements and promote additional offerings.
  • Keeping clients informed about new Certas Energy locations, services, and other pertinent updates.
  • Efficiently resolving customer invoice inquiries.
  • Addressing and rectifying any customer concerns while keeping them updated on progress.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with logistics industry experience considered advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in customer service.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, including inbound calls and outbound correspondence.
  • Experience in a high-volume, customer-centric environment with the capability to advise, guide, and influence as necessary.
