Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by introducing new clients to our brand, building relationships, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Initiate outbound calls to prospects to introduce our brand and products.
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our brand, ethos, market positioning, and product range.
- Continuously update product and service knowledge to stay ahead in the market.
- Understand our industry and stay up-to-date with market trends.
- Work closely with our UK account manager and business development manager to achieve sales targets.
- Manage the onboarding process for new business, from initial conversation to the generation of the first sale.
- Effectively transition newly opened accounts to our UK account manager.
- Build rapport with potential clients to establish trust and convert leads into sales.
- Multiple years of experience in B2B telesales, preferably in the health supplement industry.
- Proven track record of sales success.
- Knowledge of sales targets, KPIs, and client acquisition strategies.
- Computer and database literacy.
- Ability to make a high volume of telephone calls.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Resilience and a driven approach.
- A positive attitude and tactful persuasion skills.
- Permanent full-time position.
- No weekend working.
- 20 days holiday plus standard bank holidays.
