About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and driven B2B Sales Representative to join our fast-growing and thriving company, KIKI Health. As a sales expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by introducing new clients to our brand, building initial relationships, and growing our B2B customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospects and develop an understanding of our brand, ethos, market positioning, and product range.
  • Proactively continue learning with up-to-date product and service knowledge.
  • Develop an understanding of our industry and effectively communicate with potential clients.
  • Manage the onboarding of new business from opening conversation to the generation of the first sale.
  • Report and work alongside our UK account manager and business development manager.
Requirements
  • Multiple years of prior experience within B2B telesales, ideally in our industry and market sector.
  • Proven track record of sales and ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Computer and database literate, with excellent communication skills and ability to make high-volume telephone calls.
  • Resilient and driven, with a positive approach and tactful persuasion skills.
