Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by introducing new clients to our brand, building relationships, and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospects to introduce our brand and products.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our brand, ethos, market positioning, and product range.
  • Continuously update product and service knowledge to stay ahead in the market.
  • Understand our industry and stay up-to-date with market trends.
  • Work closely with our UK account manager and business development manager to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new business, from initial conversation to the generation of the first sale.
  • Effectively transition newly opened accounts to our UK account manager.
  • Build rapport with potential clients to establish trust and convert leads into sales.
Requirements
  • Multiple years of experience in B2B telesales, preferably in the health supplement industry.
  • Proven track record of sales success.
  • Ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Computer and database literacy.
  • High-volume telephone calling skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilience and drive.
  • A positive approach and tactful persuasion skills.
