Job Summary:

Priority Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in the Norfolk area. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting door-to-door sales activities, meeting sales targets, and acting as a brand ambassador during customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting door-to-door sales activities to meet sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Acting as a brand ambassador during customer interactions and presentations
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales and customer accounts
  • Traveling within Norfolk to meet with customers and prospects
  • Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues

Requirements:

  • Minimum age of 18, as you will be handling customer contracts
  • Ability to travel within Norfolk
  • Effective persuasion and rapport-building skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis

  • Commission paid monthly, with OTE up to £70,000 per annum
