About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diversity and Inclusion Strategist to join our team at Raytheon. As a key member of our Organisational Effectiveness team, you will play a critical role in driving and embedding our Diversity and Inclusion strategy across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Diversity and Inclusion strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver a culture of diversity and inclusion.
  • Review and improve our current culture, people, policies, and processes to ensure support for the D&I strategy.
  • Work closely with the Executive Sponsors of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) to drive engagements that educate across all areas of the business.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure competitiveness in the external market.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key external bodies and stakeholders.
  • Provide input to support bids and proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the People and Cultural Transformation team to create a brand that appeals to diverse applicants.
  • Ensure all talent management and people development initiatives are fully inclusive.
  • Develop relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas of focus.
  • Support workforce reporting activity in line with Company and statutory requirements.
  • Develop a calendar of activities and events in line with the Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
  • Align all ERGs to ensure efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience within a Diversity and Inclusion role.
  • Proven experience of embedding a diverse and inclusive culture.
  • Change Management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in developing effective, long-lasting relationships.
  • Significant influencing abilities within an organisation to solve complex problems objectively.
  • The ability to analyse data and provide an insights-driven approach.
  • Ability to work with various organisations, influencing and being influenced to bring the latest ideas and leadership.
  • Innovative & creative problem-solving skills.
  • Resilience and credibility as a trusted partner.
