We are currently seeking a Brand Manager - CNS who will play a pivotal role in ensuring our CNS product lines are effectively positioned to fulfill customer needs and drive business success.

Location: Candidates located near our facilities are encouraged to apply, with a hybrid work model available.

Key Responsibilities of the Brand Manager - CNS:

  • Implement brand strategies to achieve defined commercial objectives.
  • Manage and monitor the marketing budget to optimize business performance in alignment with annual planning cycles.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to track brand performance and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Omnichannel Lead to develop and execute Brand Plans that enhance customer engagement.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Create marketing materials that align with brand positioning and are suitable for various channels, including digital and in-person interactions.
  • Ensure all brand materials comply with regulatory standards.
  • Analyze marketing activities to foster continuous improvement and enhance stakeholder engagement.
  • Work with customer-facing teams to gather insights and support effective communication with target audiences.
  • Assist in organizing both virtual and in-person events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product availability and prevent stock shortages.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for product lifecycle management and new product development.

Candidate Profile:
