We are currently seeking a Brand Manager - CNS who will play a pivotal role in positioning our CNS brands to effectively meet customer needs and drive commercial success.

Location: Candidates based near our facilities in Harlow or Castleford are encouraged to apply. The primary team operates from Harlow, necessitating occasional travel for meetings.

A Day in the Life of a Brand Manager - CNS...

  • Implement brand strategies to achieve defined commercial objectives.
  • Optimize business performance by managing and monitoring the marketing budget in alignment with annual planning cycles.
  • Conduct market research to assess brand performance and identify market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Omnichannel Lead to develop and execute Brand Plans, ensuring an effective channel mix that enhances customer engagement.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Create brand materials that align with the brand's proposition, positioning, and target audience across various channels, including digital and in-person interactions.
  • Ensure compliance of brand materials with regulatory standards.
  • Analyze and evaluate marketing activities to promote continuous improvement in stakeholder engagement.
  • Work closely with customer-facing teams to gather insights and support customer interactions, including providing sales materials and presentations.
  • Assist in organizing both in-person and virtual events, including internal and sponsored activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent product supply and prevent stock shortages.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for product lifecycle management, new product development, and line extensions to drive revenue growth.
