As a Warehouse Operations Strategist, your keen planning and coordination skills will ensure efficient warehouse operations, directly influencing service levels and budget management. Your contributions will be vital in driving process enhancements and supporting both local and international teams. By managing training requirements, participating in financial discussions, and leveraging data for strategic planning, you will play a key role in the effectiveness of our distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate weekly operational plans and expectations to shifts.
  • Align daily and weekly workload with service and budget objectives.
  • Coordinate training for new hires and enhance the skills of existing staff.
  • Engage with agency partners regarding training needs.
  • Participate in weekly financial meetings to review expenditures.
