Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing the flow of goods, services, and information from raw materials to end customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Management - Manage the end-to-end order management process, encompassing order processing and master data alignment.
  • Supply and Demand Balances - Identify issues related to supply and demand imbalances and communicate them to demand and production planning teams promptly.
  • Inventory Management - Reconcile system inventory with physical inventory and ensure accuracy.
  • Freight Forwarding - Schedule and organize product shipments by sea and road, with experience in dealing with imports from the Far East into UK /Europe; and exports from the Far East to various countries worldwide.
  • Communication - Collaborate with freight forwarding suppliers to confirm shipments and update delivery dates.

Requirements:

  • Education - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Experience - Proven experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
  • Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and ability to build relationships, advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.), experience with ERP systems.
