Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for logistics and supply chain management? We are seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at SC4 Recruitment Limited.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end order management process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales orders and purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve supply and demand imbalances, minimizing future availability issues and mitigating service risks.
  • Work closely with the Warehouse Team to ensure accurate booking of incoming goods and fulfillment of outstanding orders.
  • Reconcile system inventory with physical inventory, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our supply chain operations.
  • Proactively plan for public holidays and their impact on production and dispatch schedules, ensuring seamless delivery of products to our customers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain operations.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.
