About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Diversity and Inclusion professional to join our team at Raytheon Technologies. As a key member of our Organisational Effectiveness team, you will play a critical role in driving and embedding our Diversity and Inclusion strategy across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Diversity and Inclusion strategy that aligns with our business objectives and values.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that Diversity and Inclusion is embedded into every aspect of our business.
- Conduct regular reviews of our culture, people, policies, and processes to ensure they are supportive of our Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
- Work closely with our Executive Sponsors of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) and the UK People & Cultural Transformation Director to influence and drive engagements that educate across all areas of the business.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on Diversity and Inclusion best practices to support business growth and development.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key external bodies and stakeholders to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and research in Diversity and Inclusion.
- Support the development of a brand that appeals to diverse applicants and removes any potential bias in our talent management and people development initiatives.
- Ensure that we have a relevant set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Support workforce reporting activity in line with Company and statutory requirements.
- Develop and deploy a calendar of activities and events in line with our Diversity and Inclusion strategy.
- Work with and align all ERGs to ensure alignment and identify any efficiencies.
Requirements
- Proven experience within a Diversity and Inclusion role.
- Proven experience of embedding a diverse and inclusive culture.
- Change Management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of developing effective, long-lasting relationships.
- Significant influencing abilities within an organisation with the ability to solve complex problems objectively.
- The ability to analyse data and provide an insights-driven approach.
- Be able to work with a wide variety of other organisations, able to influence and be influenced when appropriate to bring to bear the latest ideas, thinking, and leadership.
- Be an innovative & creative problem solver.
- Be a resilient, credible, and trusted partner.
