About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Orthoptist to join our team as a Lead Orthoptist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Orthoptic service, including the management of clinics and staff.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Orthoptics, with experience in managing clinics and staff. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the Orthoptic service
  • Leading a team of Orthoptists and other healthcare professionals
  • Developing and implementing clinical policies and procedures
  • Providing high-quality patient care and ensuring excellent patient outcomes
  • Collaborating with other departments and services to ensure seamless care
