Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential lettings properties, ensuring timely and efficient processing of lettings applications, tenancy agreements, and rent payments.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including landlords, tenants, and other industry professionals.
  • Conduct property viewings, prepare properties for let, and ensure properties are presented in a clean and well-maintained condition.
  • Process and manage rent payments, including setting up standing orders and chasing late payments.
  • Prepare and issue tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of lettings activity, including property files, tenancy agreements, and rent payments.
  • Work closely with the property management team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of lettings activity.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in residential lettings administration and property management.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including the Housing Act and the Tenant Fees Act.
