Administration & Customer Service Assistant

We are looking to hire 2 full-time, permanent Administration and Customer Service Assistants who will be located in Chapelworth House. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 40 hours. Monday to Friday 9:00am till 6:00pm. The salary ranges from £22,000 to £26,000 per annum.
Let's talk about the role. It involves:
- Oversee property maintenance and repairs, including coordinating with contractors and tenants.
- Develop and implement property improvement plans to maximise property value and profitability.
- Manage the check-out and deposit return process in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Take full ownership of ensuring that your assigned portfolio complies with all relevant legislation and safety requirements, including Gas Safety/CO Alarms, EICR, EPC, and HMO regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations, and make recommendations for process improvements.
