Client Account Administrator

Our reputation continues to grow thanks to the unrivalled customer service, dedication and expertise of our colleagues. Our client base has tripled in the last two years and we have ambitious plans for growth next year.
We are seeking exceptional and ambitious people to join our friendly and supportive Client Accounts team. Please note this is not a qualified accountancy role but a head for numbers is vital.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Accurately receipting rents on account
- Paying landlords daily
- Protecting tenant's deposits
- Ensuring compliance obligations are adhered to
- Taking a proactive approach to account management
- Playing a key role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships
**Essential Skills**:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- A keen eye for detail
- A head for numbers
- Outstanding customer service skills
