Jacobs Steel have been established almost 40 years and have six offices spanning the south coast between Worthing and Hove.

The apprenticeship is a 12 month program which on successful completion converts into a permanent junior consultant position. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Building relationships with customers
- Regular telephone interaction with prospective tenants
- Registering prospective tenants
- Booking and carrying out property viewings
- Canvassing marketing material
- Office administration - such as producing property files and uploading photo's
