About the Role

You will join our FSi division and be responsible for delivering our market strategy, identifying new market opportunities, and feeding back market intelligence. You will work closely with our customer services team, national specification manager, and the wider team across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow our current customer base through various communication platforms
  • Conduct regular customer and site visits, offering technical support and guidance
  • Develop and deliver CPD sessions for architects and main contractors, representing the company at trade shows
  • Manage a large customer caseload, meeting sales targets and deadlines
  • Update and maintain our CRM system on a regular basis
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, liaising with other departments to offer effective technical and customer service

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales-focused position within the construction industry
  • Ability to manage a large customer base and prioritize site visits and calls
  • Personable and customer-focused approach
  • Competent in the use of MS Packages and CRM
