Learning & Development Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our Talent and Training team at JBA Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning solutions to support the growth and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning materials, including storyboarding, development, and quality assurance.
- Manage the delivery and distribution of learning materials to our workforce, ensuring timely and accurate deployment.
- Develop and maintain relationships with third-party training providers and certifying bodies to identify and leverage best-in-class solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, including the use of Artificial Intelligence in Learning & Development.
- Support and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
Requirements
- Proven experience in instructional design, learning management, and talent development, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex learning needs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Relevant qualifications and certifications in Learning & Development, such as the Learning and Performance Institute (LPI) or the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
