Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our Talent and Training team at JBA Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning solutions to support the growth and development of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Subject Matter Experts to create engaging and effective learning materials.
  • Manage the delivery and distribution of learning materials to our workforce, ensuring timely and accurate feedback.
  • Identify and collaborate with third-party training providers to enhance our learning offerings.
  • Develop expertise in using JBA's preferred instructional design tools and software.
  • Support the development of project management skills and contribute to the growth of our Talent and Training team.
Requirements:
  • Established experience in instructional design and learning development.
  • Strong skills in office software packages, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and a willingness to adapt to JBA's preferred systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • A mindset of continuous learning and self-development, with a commitment to ongoing professional growth.
Desirable Attributes:
  • Level 6 (or above) qualification in Learning and Development or a related field.
  • Professional accreditation or chartered status in L&D, or a commitment to gaining accreditation in the near future.
  • Proven project management skills or evidence of developing project management skills.
  • Knowledge of key trends in the L&D industry, including the use of Artificial Intelligence in L&D.
