About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our Talent and Training team at JBA Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning solutions to support the growth and development of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning materials.
  • Manage the delivery and distribution of learning content, ensuring timely and accurate deployment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party training providers and certifying bodies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Support the development of project management skills and contribute to the growth and success of the Talent and Training team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in instructional design and learning development.
  • Strong skills in office software packages, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with learning management systems and instructional design packages.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A mindset of continuous learning and self-development.
Desirable Attributes

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Level 6 (or above) qualification in Learning and Development or a related field.
  • Professional accreditation or chartered status in L&D.
  • Proven project management skills or experience of developing project management skills.
  • Knowledge of key trends in the L&D industry, including the use of Artificial Intelligence in L&D.
