Learning and Development Professional

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our Talent and Training team at JBA Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality learning experiences that meet the needs of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create engaging learning materials, including storyboarding, development, and quality assurance.
- Manage the delivery and distribution of learning materials, including preparing and analyzing feedback forms to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and partner with external training providers and certifying bodies to enhance our learning offerings.
- Develop expertise in using JBA's preferred instructional design tools and software, including PageTiger, ISpring, Adobe, Camtasia, and PowerPoint.
- Embark on JBA's project management development program and gain project management status within the company.
- Support and mentor junior L&D professionals in the Talent and Training Team.
- Established experience in instructional design and/or managing a portfolio of learning and development solutions.
- Strong skills in office software packages, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with instructional design packages and a willingness to adapt to JBA's preferred systems and packages.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing.
- Good attention to detail and ability to apply quality assurance principles to ensure high-quality work.
- Proven experience working independently, self-organizing, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
- Level 6 (or above) qualification in Learning and Development or equivalent.
- Existing professional accreditation or chartered status in L&D or a commitment to gaining accreditation in the near future.
- Proven project management skills or evidence of developing project management skills.
- Knowledge of key trends in the L&D industry, including the use of Artificial Intelligence in L&D.
- Creative flair and ability to use materials and software innovatively to produce desired outcomes.
- Leadership experience or experience managing others in an L&D setting.
