Overview

The role of a Guest Engagement Coordinator revolves around fostering connections with visitors, motivating them, and ensuring they enjoy a memorable experience during their visit.

If you are passionate about engaging with diverse individuals and are inspired by the mission to preserve and nurture environments where both people and nature can flourish, this position may be ideal for you.

This position operates on an annualised hours basis, meaning your monthly working hours may fluctuate, but your salary will be distributed in 12 equal payments throughout the year. You will be expected to complete 1800 hours over the contract period, typically working 5 days a week for 40 weeks and 3 days a week for the remaining time.

This is a temporary position, concluding when the current employee returns from maternity leave. The exact duration of this contract cannot be confirmed, but it is anticipated to be less than 12 months.

You will operate within established procedures, applying judgment in problem-solving and prioritizing tasks.

Your role will involve hands-on operational duties, including duty management.
