About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Onsite Operations Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shift Fulfillment: Oversee the fulfillment of shifts to meet customer Service Level Agreements.
  • Worker Management: Manage the worker sign-in/out process and documentation.
  • Payroll Support: Support accurate and timely payroll processes for customer submissions.
  • Query Resolution: Resolve worker queries regarding pay and general issues promptly.
  • Recruitment Support: Aid the recruitment team with local attraction and recruitment activities.
  • New Starter Onboarding: Handle the induction, onboarding, and engagement of new starters.
  • HR Support: Provide HR support for issue management and formal case management.
  • Reporting and Meetings: Complete necessary reporting and participate in meetings and briefings.
  • Training and Systems: Maintain training and systems records.
  • Attendance and Compliance: Address worker attendance issues and implement follow-up actions. Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, processes, and systems.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate effective relationships with team members, workers, and stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify risks and propose solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement in performance, systems, and processes.
Requirements
  • Previous Experience: Previous recruitment experience in similar onsite customer-facing roles is advantageous.
  • Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with strategic objective setting capabilities.
  • Time Management: Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Customer Focus: Dedicated to delivering service that meets customer SLAs and deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and compliance adherence.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
