Job Description

Role Overview

Ramsay Health Care Clinical is seeking a skilled Theatre Practitioner to join our team in Anaesthetics / ODP. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the smooth operation of our theatres.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert care to patients undergoing anaesthesia and surgical procedures
  • Collaborate with anaesthetists, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of theatre protocols and procedures
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and theatre efficiency
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and theatre documentation

Requirements

  • NMC/HCPC registration with no restrictions or conditions
  • Experience in theatre settings, with a focus on anaesthetics and ODP
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) desirable, but not essential
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
  • Flexible and positive attitude, with a warm and empathetic approach to patient care
