About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Administrator to join our team at TTP. As the Lead Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Business Unit, working closely with our leadership and fellow Administrators to ensure the smooth operation of our medical devices business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the Business Unit Leader, including diary management, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Event Organisation: Organise a range of events, from staff parties to client seminars, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experience.
  • Board Meeting Support: Prepare board meeting materials and minutes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Reporting and Presentations: Prepare reports and presentations, using data analysis and visualisation skills to communicate key insights.
  • Financial Analysis: Complete monthly accounts data gathering and analysis, ensuring accuracy and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve administrative systems and processes, implementing changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Team Leadership: Support and lead our Health Tech administrative team, providing coaching and training to ensure high performance and job satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Administration Experience: Prior experience in administration, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality support.
  • Team Management: Proven aptitude for managing teams, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including daily use of Excel spreadsheets and SharePoint.
  • Discretion and Confidentiality: Trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
