About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned administrator to oversee the daily functions of the Centre. You will take charge of the administrative team, supervising the Research Grants Coordinator, Postgraduate Coordinator, and Communications & Alumni Engagement Coordinator. As a vital part of CFI's management team, you will ensure the smooth operation of all Centre programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support the planning and execution of educational programs.
  • Oversee administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the Strategy Group and Operations Team to develop and implement strategic objectives.
  • Provide professional support in research management, financial strategy, HR management, and project administration.

Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will be a well-organized and flexible team player, dedicated to delivering high-quality service to staff and stakeholders. You should possess strong skills in managing multiple priorities and be adept at shifting between tasks to meet deadlines. Collaboration across teams and institutions is essential, as is a commitment to sharing best practices and fostering continuous improvement.

Work Environment: This position is full-time, with options for part-time arrangements available. The role primarily operates from the central offices, with opportunities for hybrid working.
