As a vital member of our dynamic retail team, your primary focus will be to ensure our products are processed efficiently, making them readily available for our customers. When engaging with customers on the sales floor, your exceptional service skills will be at the forefront. By adhering to all company policies and maintaining a positive work attitude, you will benefit from our commitment to your growth and development from the outset. Role Overview:

To excel as a Delivery Team Member, you will ensure optimal stock availability for our clientele by:

Efficiently processing stock with precision, including scanning, unpacking, organizing, and storing items Presenting stock attractively on the sales floor or correctly storing it in stockrooms Maintaining cleanliness and organization in operational areas of the store Providing prompt and friendly service to customers, whether from the back or front areas of the store Collaborating with the store team and reporting to Coordinators or Managers

In accordance with Home Office guidance, successful candidates will need to demonstrate their right to work in the UK prior to starting employment.

This position is not typically eligible for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route due to specific Home Office requirements regarding skill levels. Candidates are encouraged to explore their own right to work options without sponsorship from Next.
