Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to each customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience and building customer loyalty.
  • Beauty Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of beauty products to offer tailored advice on skincare, makeup, and fragrance, and to recommend products that meet customers' needs.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-store demonstrations and consultations to showcase the benefits of our beauty products and to educate customers on their features and benefits.
  • Sales: Achieve sales targets by understanding customer needs and recommending the perfect products, and by maintaining a thorough knowledge of our beauty products and their features and benefits.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in creating visually stunning beauty displays that attract customers and highlight key products, and in maintaining a well-organized and visually appealing beauty department.
  • Stock Management: Ensure the beauty area is well-stocked, organized, and that inventory levels are maintained, and that all products are accurately priced and displayed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues to ensure a smooth operation and a cohesive team environment, and to support each other in achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Beauty Enthusiast: A passion for all things beauty, with a strong understanding of skincare, makeup, and fragrance, and a desire to stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and products.
  • Customer-Focused: Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with customers, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Driven: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment, and a strong desire to drive sales growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Presentation Skills: Confidence in conducting product demonstrations and consultations, and a strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment, and a strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required, and a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Experience: Previous experience in beauty retail or a similar role is highly desirable, and a strong understanding of the beauty industry and its trends and products.
