Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Beauty Sales Associate to join our team at Flannels. As a Beauty Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales through product knowledge and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide personalized service to each customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience and building customer loyalty.
  • Beauty Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of beauty products to offer tailored advice on skincare, makeup, and fragrance, and to make recommendations that meet customers' needs.
  • Sales: Achieve sales targets by understanding customer needs and recommending the perfect products, and by maintaining a thorough knowledge of our beauty products and services.
  • Visual Merchandising: Assist in creating visually stunning beauty displays that attract customers and highlight key products, and in maintaining a well-organized and attractive store environment.
  • Stock Management: Ensure the beauty area is well-stocked, organized, and that inventory levels are maintained, and that all products are accurately priced and displayed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues to ensure a smooth operation and a cohesive team environment, and to support the achievement of sales targets and customer service goals.
Requirements
  • Beauty Enthusiast: A passion for all things beauty, with a strong understanding of skincare, makeup, and fragrance.
  • Customer-Focused: Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
  • Sales Driven: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a retail environment.
  • Presentation Skills: Confidence in conducting product demonstrations and consultations.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well within a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in beauty retail or a similar role is highly desirable.
Additional Information

This role has no guaranteed hours of work, hours of work can therefore vary from week to week and, as a result, there may be weeks when no hours of work are offered.
