Job Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Advisor. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of store presentation, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain a high level of store presentation, including visual merchandising and stock management.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Confident and clear communication skills.
- Passionate about retail and customer service.
- Desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills.
- Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided).
- Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change.
