About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our team at TJX Companies, Inc. As a Retail Associate, you will be an ambassador for our business, providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
  • Assist customers with finding products, answering questions, and making recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management tasks to ensure a visually appealing and well-stocked store.
